What to Contact Us About
Technical issues. If a tool is not loading, the microphone is not responding, beat detection seems incorrect, or a calculation appears wrong — include your device type, operating system, browser name and version, the specific tool, and a description of what happened.
Content corrections. If a BPM range contradicts established sources, a technical claim is incorrect, or any content contains a factual error — include the page URL, the specific claim, and the source supporting the correction.
Privacy and data requests. To exercise GDPR or CCPA rights, use the subject line “GDPR Data Request” or “CCPA Privacy Request.” Review the Privacy Policy before submitting.
